To become a tour guide on BookTourGuides, you must:

- Have the necessary licenses, permits, and certifications to provide tour guide services.
3. Guide Responsibilities
As a tour guide, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your profile.

- Respect the cultural norms and legal regulations of the locations where you provide services.
- Ensure your availability and punctuality for confirmed bookings.
- Communicate promptly with tourists and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Payment and Fees
- You will receive payments for your services by the tourist after the tour starts.
- You must ensure you receive the payment and confirm it through our platform.
- BookTourGuides will deduct a commission fee(7.5%) from each booking as specified in our Fee Schedule.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to the payments you receive.
5. Reviews and Ratings
- Tourists may leave reviews and ratings based on their experiences.
- You may not manipulate reviews, offer incentives for positive reviews, or retaliate against tourists for negative reviews.
- BookTourGuides reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
6. Termination
- BookTourGuides may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.
- You may terminate your account by providing written notice to BookTourGuides.
7. Limitation of Liability
BookTourGuides is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your provision of tour guide services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookTourGuides, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or your provision of tour guide services.

- When the tour starts you must pay the rest of the payment to the tour guide directly.

4. Reviews and Ratings
- You may leave reviews and ratings based on your experiences with tour guides.
- Reviews must be honest, accurate, and respectful.
- BookTourGuides reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
